In the current economic climate in many cases it makes sense to hold on to your hotel investment until the real estate markets recover.  Now is the time to make sure that the potential of a property is maximised and that no opportunity is being missed.  Hotel owners need an independent professional to ensure that operators and local management are doing the best possible job to enhance the value of their investment.  Independent Asset Managers can optimise the working relationship between owner, operator and the on-site management team which is essential for the overall success of any hotel project.

Throughout my 25 years of experience in operations and corporate  finance in the hospitailty industry I have developed a strong feeling that there is a specific need for short to medium term help with asset management, projects and challenges in hotels and their corporate offices.  To support this need Alex Slors Consulting was launched in October 2006 and to date we have successfully contributed to a variety of projects.  

This website gives you an overview of our activities and projects to date as well as areas where we can support your business. I am very happy that we are represented in the Americas as well as in Central and Eastern Europe where we have Russian speaking staff to support new innitatives throughout the region.
